Vendor Link help
Does my subcontractor need a RelayStack account?
No. They open the private link in the work email. Keep that link private.
Does my subcontractor need Jobber?
No. The subcontractor uses the RelayStack page to respond and update the work.
What does RelayStack write to Jobber?
Work-sent, accepted, declined and subcontractor-note updates are added to the Jobber Job.
Are photos copied to Jobber?
Yes. A photo sent with an update is attached to the Jobber job note. RelayStack does not keep the photo after Jobber has it. If the photo is not delivered, the update says: This photo was not delivered. Ask the subcontractor to send it again.
Can I resend work?
Contact RelayStack support to resend an existing dispatch. A resend retains the existing work record; it does not create another Jobber job.
What happens if the subcontractor declines?
The dispatch records the decline and queues a note for the Jobber Job. Review the response before arranging other work.
What happens if I disconnect RelayStack?
Disconnect through Jobber. RelayStack stops using that connection and blocks the old workspace and work links.
What happens to work already sent?
Commercial restriction alone does not erase work already admitted; its existing completion rules still apply. Disconnecting, an expired link or a security restriction can prevent further action. Historical records are preserved.
When does billing start?
There is no charge before your first successfully completed external-vendor dispatch. Sending, acceptance, installation and login do not qualify. After completion, your designated billing owner must agree to the displayed recurring offer and confirm payment at secure Checkout. Completion never charges you automatically.
How do I update payment information?
Your verified billing owner opens Company billing, then Manage billing. Paid activation may remain unavailable until launch is authorized.
How do I cancel?
Use Company billing, then Manage billing to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
What happens if a payment fails?
A failed renewal receives three days of grace after the verified paid period ends. Retries do not restart that grace. Afterward new dispatches are restricted. Payment recovery cannot remove a security, connection or operator restriction.
Can I reconnect later?
You can reconnect with Jobber. Existing private links remain subject to their expiration, revocation and work status. Reconnecting does not automatically create billing access. Contact support if you need help with earlier work.
Who can manage billing?
Only a designated billing owner whose authority RelayStack has verified for your business. Signing in with Jobber alone does not grant billing authority. Use the one-time code supplied through your verified onboarding contact.
How do I contact support?
Use the RelayStack contact page or your existing onboarding contact. Include the product, business name and a short description. Do not send private work links, passwords or payment details.
