Getting started with Vendor Link
Connect to Jobber
Open Vendor Link and choose Connect with Jobber. Authorize the business you intend to use.
Open your workspace
Open Send to Sub from the Jobber workflow, or open your connected Vendor Link workspace. Select the correct Job and optional Visit.
Add a subcontractor
Add or select the subcontractor, confirm their email address and add the work instructions.
Send the work
Choose Send to Sub in the Jobber-launched form, or Send by email in the workspace. The subcontractor receives a private work link; no RelayStack or Jobber account is required.
Follow the response
The subcontractor can accept or decline. For accepted work they can provide notes, photos and supported progress updates, including completion.
Check Jobber and RelayStack
Jobber receives work-sent, accepted, declined and subcontractor updates, including photos attached to the job note. If a photo is not delivered, the update asks the subcontractor to resend it.
Start billing only when ready
No charge before the first successfully completed external-vendor dispatch. Your verified billing owner must then agree to the displayed offer and confirm hosted Checkout. Your founding price is USD 49/month, locked for 12 months while active. No automatic charge occurs at completion.
Manage or cancel
Open Company billing, then Manage billing to update your payment method or cancel at the paid period end. If paid activation is not open, the page says so.
Disconnect or get help
Disconnect the app through Jobber. This blocks existing connection-based access. Use RelayStack contact support for assistance with prior work.
